- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mu customers should know that I'm a very reasonable person. If I give you a price that you are not comfortable with. It can change to a price that you are comfortable with. I gaurantee my work. And if it's not done like you like it. I will go back and do it again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process for working bwith a new customer is simple. I meet them and greet them. Ask what needs to be done. And ask for permission to do it. I like for my customers to know me. And build trust in me. So I give you a positive vibes, by smiling and showing you that I can do what you ask of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I came from a very extensive background of customer service. I have been trained well to treat customers with respect while on the phone with them. So I'm able to incorporate that training when I meet customers face to face.
