I really have mixed feelings about them. Melissa is nice and responsive and her handyman Giovanni is honest and a hardworker. I hired them to replace some cracked ceramic floor tiles. I specifically asked Melissa if they had experience with this and she told me yes. They removed the tiles with a hammer and replaced them. In the process several of the surrounding tiles were chipped. Then I later found out from a tile expert that they should have used a saw to score the edges first to prevent damage to the adjacent tiles. They used the wrong kind of grout too. So now I am stuck with having to repair their mistakes. I blame myself for this to an extent for not having hired a real professional. My advice is to make sure that they are capable of successfully performing the job you want to get done.
