- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair, and also reflect my level of skill. Any details that will take more time, ingredients or skill will be priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is allowing the customer to tell me what is important to them as far as guest count, design, and flavor. From there we can discuss the possibilities and I’ll produce an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self taught with the exception of what my grandmother has taught me.
