- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are job specific. Base rates have been included here for reference; however, those are guidelines. I do offer discounts for recurring cleanings after the initial first time clean.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One of the most important things I've learned is that both customers and professionals need to be clear with their expectations. Make a list of things you want done and be sure to give that to your professional before a job is started! Just like a haircut, if you say "do what you think would be best", you're likely going to be disappointed.
