- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a travel agent, we get paid by the vendor, there for my services are free to the clients. Unless it is just domestic air, which I have a $30 a ticket service fee I have to impose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what they are looking for in their travel experience, matching their wants to the best fit for their budget and then planning their vacation for the most stress free experience. We will talk about their needs, ages, and tours they would like to experience, then I put together a few quotes for them to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Hotel Resort/Travel and Tourism. As well as hands on training from the resorts, Disney, Universal and Sea World. I am continually taking classes to better serve my clients, and if they have a need I have not had recent training in, I will contact that area, resort or tour and get private training for my client.
