We needed an inspection to determine the validity of a tenant's issue with plumbing. Matt responded rapidly. He tailored the inspection to investigate the issue. He dealt tactfully with the tenant. He provided the report that both we, as owners, and the tenant needed. We were very impressed and would recommend him unreservedly to others and will engage his services in the future.

Matt did a great job while inspecting our new home in October 2015. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took time to explain how certain parts of the home worked, explaining the all the defects. His report and summary was very thorough too. He took pictures throughout the inspection, incorporating them into the report which was extremely helpful with understanding the report. He also gave great recommendations for the issues and a home maintenance book free of charge! I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Matt came out to my house on a short notice and did a great, detailed home inspection. His communication is above the rest. Even though we pleased with some of the items he came up with, we were glad to get it out in front of us to help us negotiate.
