Jon was EXCELLENT! First, his response time was superior to any other competitor. He then responded very professionally and was very transparent about what he could tell me via e-mail/phone versus what he needed to see regarding pricing. Lastly, Jon showed up on time exactly to the minute (6:30 p.m.), delivered the services as promised, put everything in writing and after a long day offered me a free consultation. He was very patient, answered all of my questions and was not distracted or irritated as I watched him work. He was the ultimate professional. I had no reservations about paying his asking price.
