I appreciate the kind remarks Dorcas. Its all to often I seen botched installations with high efficiency combi units, installers are not trained in the proper technique to get one of there units up and running correctly and forget about servicing them, we attend training twice a year from the manufacturers and stay up on all the latest technology for when a client calls with no heat and hot water you can rest assured when we come to your home we leave a nice warm home again where your family has plenty of hot water. We look forward to working with you on future projects :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It’s very difficult to have standardized pricing when there are very few homes that are exactly alike. Each installation is different, unique and poses unique challenges to our team. Pricing is based on customer needs and the obstacles we have to overcome including equipment costs. With the abundance of Home Renovation shows regularly on TV, People need to realize the costs involved when considering a new project of any size. Quality is expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The most important factor is to make them feel comfortable. Educate the client as much as possible about the equipment they are considering installing and answer any questions they may have throughout the whole process. Education is the key to a successful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our technicians attend bi-yearly re-certification courses at all the major manufacturers facilities to keep up with the latest technologies.
