- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is simple. $75.00 a month $600 listing fee. This is it. There are no more fees. We perform all of the functions your property will need. We do everything for $75.00 a month. My business plan is to make things as easy and simple for my clients as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers begins with a view of the the property. We will give new customers an upfront appraised lease value of the property. If the property is not leased, then we will find a new tenant. With our branding and marketing this typically takes less than one week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AZ license. Along with my license, I have a Master's Degree in Leadership and have almost completed my doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I am one of the most educated Brokers in AZ. I use all of the new technology available to make doing business with us as easy and fun as possible.
