He is very good in other aspect but he did not do the Roof inspection. Asper him is a new home and he did not wanted to take any chance to walk around the roof which may caused damage to the roof. I am surprised being an Inspector why he said that. My question is as this is a new home why he even bother to do the inspection? I am not happy about that, I called an inspector to do the inspection and he should do it no matter new or old home and I feel that is a part of his job.

John has done a variety of work for me at my new home. Lighting installation, water softener installation as well as AC unit relocation to mention a few. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience being in the business for over 30 years. Was very honest about cost and what the best options were for my needs. I am a lifelong client now. I look forward to working with John and his crew again.

If you like to shop and compare prices John is you plummer. Look no further. I have used many people over the years and gave a 10% tip only once and John was the the one. Very good, very FAIR pricing. I will use no one else in the future. Jim in Diamond Bar.
