- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on a factor of time and complexity of the return. I offer new client and referral discounts. My fees are typically less than most because I work very efficiently and work out of my home office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client, I first ask about the members in their household, then employment to determine the types of unique deductions of filing needs there may be. I also review the prior year returns to 1st ensure there are no errors, but also the ensure that I don't omit any items
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree from St Johns University. I have worked in the field of accounting for over 25 years. I stay current by reviewing publications and attending regular continuing education courses.
