- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three packages that offer various options. I try not to have any hidden costs so all is clear ahead of time. I can adjust any of these packages prior to a formal agreement according to my clients needs and wishes .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients befor hand to get a good idea of what they want and to establish a good sense of the timing and logistics involved in order to accomplish those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. I have a Bachelor of fine Arts in photography. After school I started my carear in New York and Europe.
