- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) Thumbtack sends generic quotes based on a small fraction of details and information. 2) In order to provide a more detailed quote to match your needs, we may require you to provide a few additional details regarding your desired DJ or Photo Booth service. 3) We have packages to fit all types of budgets, so don't get discouraged if the generic quote sent does not fit your needs. Please give us a call for a more accurate quote. 4) There is no set-up fees. 5) Certain packages have different print size options 6) Feel free to message us or check out our website for more details regarding some of our package options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty simple. We confirm your date and time frame selected. Once we have that established we have you answer a few questions regarding your event. Once those details are provided you secure your date by reviewing the terms and conditions followed by placing your 50% Deposit. Final Payment due 10 days prior to event date.
