- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is commensurate with my education and experience in my field. Pricing is also impacted by the specific needs of the client. I'm glad to answer any questions about fees and what's available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first thing I do is get some background information from them via my intake process. Next, we discuss their goals and what their challenges might be. Lastly, we work toward removing and/or overcoming the obstacles my client has identified.
