We had contacted 2 other companies previously to check our A/C unit and both told us the Compressor was out and pushed for us to buy a whole new unit both inside and out. The first one even told us the inside unit was good, then didn't call us back. A week later when we called them, they were only interested in selling us a new unit inside and out. Johnny came out and looked at our unit, more thorough than the others had and explained to us, as well as showed us what was working and what wasn't working on the outside unit. He inspected the inside as well and told us it was clean and good. We felt we were getting honest answers and not just a salesman, trying to make a sale. He was on time for both the inspection appointment and the actual installation of the compressor. He was professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, and answered all our questions without hesitation. We are very pleased with the job he did and would highly recommend him.
