- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bella's offer competitive pricing and our services are customized, to meet each individual customer's needs. Whether it's residential or commercial staging, managing and overseeing an upcoming move, packing and unpacking, de-cluttering and organizing spaces, in order to simplify the clients personal and professional lifestyle. Bella's charge an hourly fee for smaller projects (such as color selection etc). Interior decorating is a flat fee per room charge plus the cost of any materials and furniture needed. Staging - Prices depend on if the home is vacant or occupied as well as how many rooms need to be staged. All quotes includes a two stager team, setup and take down of the furniture as well as the furniture on a rental contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to do a consultation with the client to learn more about the home and the project that is in question (there is a consultation fee). This allows our team to be up close and personal with the home. Where we are able to see the good the bad and even the ugly. We will verify the square footage of home and determine the hours need to complete the project. Bella's will take pictures of the space, and plenty of notes, to determine what the process will include for a successful stage. After the walk through our intake team brings their notes back to the office and those notes are transposed to a detail report that explains the finds of the home. Bella's will provide the client with suggestions on improvements to make the home more appealing to potential buyers (ex de-cluttering family items from shelves). Bella's is able to assist with as much or as little of the project as the client desire. From this moment our team will also provide an estimated proposal to the seller that will showcase the following information 1. The amount of time it will take the stagers to transform the home. 2. How we will accessorize the home and what pieces is needed (ex wall art, floral arrangements, rugs etc.) 3. Items that will be added to the rooms or removed from the rooms 4. If we will use existing furniture within the home 5 The number of stagers that will be working at the location 6. Estimated total for work to be done Following the consult Bella's require a 50% retainer for all labor and ideas given to the client. Bella's provide clients with a design board with 2 selections of items needed for the space being decorated after the selections are made Bella's require the price of the materials to be paid in full.

Graduate of the Staged Homes program for 2016 as an Accredited Staging Professional Members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals Accredited Staging Professional
