The techs were kind and courteous. They got our lights running again in a couple of hours. We couldn't be more excited. Although, the following day, the power went out again. i have spoken to the owner and instead of listening and trying to work with us, He gets defensive and states its not the same issue. We brought in another company to get a second opinion on the matter. A week has passed and no outages. In addition, they explained the mistakes on the previous work done by mr. electric. Since we had to pay twice for the same issue, i asked the owner to reflect the cost on their patchy work. Again, he gets defensive and denies our invoice revision. Would've been a 0 star if it weren't for friendly techs.

We did a great job of trouble shooting a difficult problem. We refeed circuit problem solved. If it went out again. We would have went back imeadiatly to fix . Never got the full story from owner?? And didn’t get paid for 4 and a half hours .its just not right!!!!

I would like to thank Mr. Kato for squeezing me into his tight schedule last minute. He arrived at the hour he said he would and his work was completed in a timely fashion. The project was much neater than I originally anticipated and everything has been working well ever since. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Mr. Electric is a great company with integrity and great employees. I had an issue with the lights in my kitchen, and Derek (foreman) and David came to survey. While here, they were very polite and found the problem and fixed the issue. As Derek was repairing the lights he was explaining it to me and throwing useful knowledge to me, which I appreciated. I will be calling Mr. Electric again for any other issues in the future. Thanks guys!
