- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is an easy but yet hard question to answer every job is always different from the other and the customers are always different so we try to meet the needs of each and every customer as the individual and their individual needs versus the budget that they're setting by trying to meet everything that they want and need
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is pretty easy, We like to find out the needs that you have and the things that you want find out what your budget is to work for versus the total package that you wanna get completed and then at that point figure out either financing or typical 2 to 3 stage of payments, It all depends on how big the job is or how small the job is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have 31 years of hands on along with professional training in the remodeling and construction field I'll services search difficult of achievement for BCI acrylic bathroom systems along with a New York State and federal certificate of completion as a New York State license lead renovator.
