- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Normally between $20 and $40 an hr is my standard rate. I do a flat rate for some of the services I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Finding out what the problem is. Repeat the issue back to the customer so they know I was listening. Making a plan, order parts if needed and get to work.
