Ms. Waters was just starting out in real estate and had recently received her license when she assisted me on my hunt for a home. She knew the right questions to ask and told me what to be on the lookout for in terms of upgrades, my wish list, etc. She was attentive and caring and seemed to truly want me to find the right home for me and not like a realtor just eager to make a deal. I would highly recommend her.
