Grisha was timely and professional. He was able to demonstrate not just professionalism, but also knowledge of his line of work. He took time to explain the items that were out of code, what should be updated, and what needed to be gutted vs repaired. Not only that, but he also came out to inspect the property twice due to an unprofessional seller who still had tenants in the property.
