- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no standard pricing system at this time. Different roofing project may require different solutions in terms of accessibility, pitch of the roof, and other challenges. We take each project and access it on its own needs. Our pricing is competitive and often we are able to obtain project based on the value we offer to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a thorough assessment of the customers problem and then provide our customers with solutions based on their needs and wants. Oftentimes the solution is not a very expensive one. Many roofing problems can be resolved with a minor repair if they are addressed in time. Whenever a customer does need a new roof, we provide options that offer the most protection against future leaks, extended warranties, and competitive pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm is operated by a management team with over 30 years in the business. We incorporate the latest technology in roofing systems and processes to make our installations clean and safer for both our customers and employees. We have training in four types of roofing systems: Shingles, EPDM (rubber roofing), TPO, and Modified Bitumen. These four systems comprise of nearly 90 percent of all roofing systems most consumers seek.
