- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing system because each home and business situation is different. We do however give our customers a price range to expect prior to arrival and a final price before the work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically someone will give you a call to ask about when your issue started, how often you see the problem, the size of your home, if you have small children or pets. Once we get past that initial screening we like to set up an appointment for someone to come out and diagnose the issue, give you a estimate and answer any questions you may have. Our technicians are prepared to do the work at that time should you decide to use our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed bonded and insured company!
