1. Military discount- 5% 2. Disabled & Senior Citizens discount- physically disabled customers & customers 65 & over get a 5% discount 3. Multiple Contract discount- Customers who have two or more separate contracts with L.C.L. Services LLC get a 10% discount 4. Weekly Reoccurring discount- 6% 5. Biweekly Reoccurring discount- 5%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Point of contact- Respond to customer in a speedy, timely fashion. 2. Discuss services, start date, and time needed. 3. Discuss pricing for requested service. 3. Provide availability. 4. Schedule an appointment. 5. Confirm start date and time. 6. Assign housekeeper(s) 7. Discuss payment options. 8. Follow up one day before scheduled service to confirm appointment.
