- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates include all supplies excluding flooring, sub floor, and underlayments. We give multiple home discounts (e.g. neighbors confirming work along with yours) We give discounts to our loyal customers and friends they refer to us. Payment plans are available for qualified projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to speak to you on the phone to hear a bit about the project. Next we will schedule a time for us to come and evaluate the work to be done and in most cases give a quote on the spot. After a quote has been submitted we can proceed to schedule your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from refinishing for the past 8 years I am also a woodworker and furniture refinisher. I say this to convey I know wood very well and work with it daily. My attention to detail is critical when making and refinishing furniture.
