I spoke with Antwan about installing smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detectors in my rental property to pass a city inspection. He met with my tenant and installed smoke detectors. I failed my inspection as a result. I was very specific on numerous occasions about needing the combo detectors. When I notified him that he installed the wrong detectors, he said he would remedy the issue. That was two weeks ago, He never followed up.

I had my rental inspection performed by baltimore city rental inspector. The inspector listed 4 items( hand rail installation, gutter extension, non-working power outlet and reinforcing the BGE cable in the rear) that failed the inspection. I was able to find Twan who was professional, trustworthy and reliable. He was able to take care of all of the failed items within a week.
