I had a great experience with this cleaning service from beginning to end! When I contacted them to inquire about services, they responded promptly (within a few minutes actually). My schedule is very tight and I was concerned I would not be able to find a time for them to come to my house and give me a quote. They were so flexible with my schedule and very prompt. When they came to see my house they were very nice, polite, and personable. They gave me a fair price and were able to schedule a time to come out and clean my house within the week. On the day they were coming to clean, they kept me updated about when they were on their way, when they were done, etc. And they did an excellent job with cleaning! I am a very hard person to please when it comes to this because I am very neat and somewhat neurotic about cleanliness. And my house had not been cleaned for a very long time because I lost my previous house cleaner when she moved several months ago and have gone through at least three cleaners since then who did not meet my standards. I was very surprised at how clean the house was! When I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean! The floors, kitchen counters and bathrooms, which, like I mentioned had not been cleaned for a long time and had several hard to clean spots, were pristine. And they were very detail oriented. I almost didn't want to touch anything! I contacted them immediately and asked them to come back every 2 weeks! Aside from the cleaning, they were just generally pleasant and helpful. They wanted to make sure that they cleaned to my satisfaction. And even helped me figure out how to reset my circuit breaker (when they arrived there was an electricity outage and Mr. Ordaz volunteered to help my reset it). If you are looking for a service that does an excellent job for a fair price, and has overall good service, hire them!

I hired José to install a kitchen faucet. He responded promptly and was able to provide a quote by viewing pictures of the new faucet and the one being replaced which was convenient. He was able to do the install on short notice and did it quickly. He was polite and friendly. An hour or so after the work was completed, I noticed a leak and José came right back out to resolve the issue. José was able to address the issue and even called the next day to make sure there were no further issues. There is a small problem with the faucet itself (a defective part, NOT due to José's work at all) and José even offered to take the faucet out and install a new one if we decide we want to return it! THAT is excellent customer service! Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority for Jose, I will hire him again!
