My quotes are usually based on driving time and sometimes difficulty of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start a conversation with each client about their dog before i meet them. That way I understand the client's priorities and can start thinking about a game plan. I am also very honest about which cases I may not be the best for. My goal is to make progress with dogs and owners and help them communicate with each other for a happier, more peaceful life together. If I do not feel that I am the best person for the job, I will recommend that you see a veterinary behaviorist or an aggression specialist.
