I work out a per hour of flat fee with the owners depending upon the project,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the owners to discuss their business goals, and what are the current barriers preventing them for achieving those goals. This can be lack of financing, personnel issues, cost problems etc. I work out a detailed business plan to allow the owners to rache their goals.
