- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. Each Client's needs are different, therefore their prices will be different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person or via. skype to learn more about what the customer is looking for. Then, within 24hrs, I'll send a quote via email. When a client decides to book me, I ask for a small, non-refundable deposit to save their date, and for the rest 2 weeks before the shoot date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MFA from the College of Motion Picture Arts at Florida State University. I teach film and editing continuing education classes at LSU. I have a BA in Film Studies, and 5 years professional shooting experience.
