They are the best! Got 3 estimates for a kitchen remodel last summer. They were in the middle, but I was impressed by his quick response when I contacted him for estimates and any questions I had. He actually returns phone calls and answers his phone. They did a fantastic job. It took them about 6 days to do what we needed. We replaced bottom cabinets and countertops; so they had to take off all the hardware and upper cabinet doors and paint all upper cabinets and new bottom cabinets to match, as well as kitchen. We have a large kitchen for a small house and we kept the backsplash and we have lots of windows and a door with lots of small panes of glass, so it was a tedious job. They did not track any paint in the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves.
They are extremely honest. When I had to leave I told them to lock up after themselves.
I used them again in the Spring to replace wood on porch and under eaves and paint outside. Once again, it turned out to be worse than we thought with rotten wood underneath porch ceiling. They replaced partial beams and all wood and then painted. They are excellent carpenters and painters. We are going to use them again for a bathroom after the holidays. You will not find a better group for remodeling. I have used many over the last 10 years and none compare to Mr. Sanchez. We are very happy to have finally found someone to fix our list of projects.

They did a wonderful job installing my kitchen backsplash. Mr. Sanchez was very professional and had an excellent eye for small details that I did not notice until the job was complete. For example, he saw a small section that was missing tile that could have been easily grouted over. Instead, he cut small tiles to fill in the space. I highly recommend his work!
