FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are priced on a per foot basis so a hard quote is available with accurate measurements. However gates can make a difference so a 30 minute Q & A with the client is always best to find out all particulars. This allows for precise measuring and an accurate quote on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I recommend meeting with new clients to go over the project in person. Once project is discussed the next step is a free quote with material and labor cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began installing fences for a fence contractor in Lafayette in 1992 while attending college. Four years later I returned home to Baton Rouge and became a subcontractor for local fence companies. Years later I began to take exception to some of the practices of poor quality and a lack of customer service. It was then that I decided to use my experience and desire to provide excellent customer service and started my own company in 2005. Weber Fence takes craftsmanship and customer service to a new level.
