I scheduled move for 10/4/19 weeks in advance. I also scheduled truck for same date for 8am. The night before i got email saying a mover has a stomach bug an d they will arrainge to have moveg rs at 11am. I told them truck was being picked up at 7am for 8am move. I was assured that 3 movers would be there at 8am. Next morning, I have truck. No movers, No call. After repeated calls, Dylan calls. Mandie not answering phone? Mover at ER with staph infection. Will try for 11am. ENOUGH!!This not the way to do business. In a lurch looking for mover, sitting with empty truck on clock. Dylan texts apologies. This company fails to communicate. Not professional. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!10/28/2019Dylan has reached out and made matters better in a professional manner. I would consider using them in the future.

I am sorry for the events that happened on 10/4/19. We tried our best to make it out there for 8 am but once our driver came down with an illness requiring hospitalization the earliest we could come was 11. I am glad you will consider using us in the future. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I do not remember what their names are. The 2 guys that showed up were very nice. But....I wish I had the time to ask for someone else to come. I knew it was going to be a problem when they told me that they pack the boxes into the pod first and then move furniture in. I did have a certain order of what boxes I wanted to be able to get to first and they kept asking about that. But They left a ton of space in between furniture by packing so many if the boxes first. As a result, Im going to half to rent a truck and pull my car behind to finish packing my stuff. I hired a company to pack my pod because I thought they would be able to pack it better. I should have just called on some friends. Update: Upon my review I did receive a call from Movers and helpers. They explained to me that the process above was what they found best in loading moving containers. He was very apologetic that I was not completely satisfied with the job and has tried on several occasions to see what would make me happy. I feel they are very sincere and willing to do what it takes to please the customer. I would recommend their services.

Thanks for working with us, Debbie. I am sorry we were unable to fit everything in the POD. Sometimes all items wont ride as safely if we have to pack in a particular order. Thanks for taking the time to speak with us. I hope we can be of better assistance in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give new customers the assurance they are making the right choice with choosing our company. We suggest multiple platforms in which the customer can see our reviews. We also let the customer know exactly what equipment we will be bringing and ask if we need any specialty equipment for their move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from LSU with an applied Math Degree. I have worked for multiple moving companies and have always been the go to employee for each company I worked for. I figured I could do a better job with the proper equipment so I started my own company. Our company recently hired its first official manager who has over 20 years moving experience.
