- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on living area square footage of the home. Crawlspace homes do require an additional fee of $100. First Responders, LEO, and Military receive a $25 discount. New construction also receives a $25 discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you have chosen me as your inspector, you will receive a confirmation email. I can answer any questions you may have about the inspection beforehand. Once the inspection process is started I will go throughout the interior and exterior of home and you can feel free to follow along and ask questions. Once the inspection is complete we can review my findings. The same day you'll receive your report via email, if you have any questions after that, please get in touch with me.
