- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system for all service calls, with several options for service and warranty. Our customers are provided options before the work is completed so there are no hidden costs or surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat ALL of our customers the way we would want our grandmothers to be treated. We don't believe in scare tactics or high-pressure sales. We do our best to educate our customers and let them make all the decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide monthly training courses for our technicians as well as complete a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education every year.
