But we certainly let you know if the labor you are requesting falls out of the handyman rate ) Our estimates are FREE except the following: - if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying - bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property. ** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired . We hired Olvera Construction to install our flooring and backsplash. They were quick to respond to my emails and questions. Quality of work was excellent and prices were very fair. Mauricio showed up a few minutes early and went straight to work. He was professional, meticulous and hard working. His work ethics are exemplary. He cleaned as he went, so there wasn't a mess when he finished. He also took all the boxes with him to dispose of, which was great! Mauricio was very pleasant to work with and we will definately be using him again for future projects.

Entire experience from start to finish was stress free. This entire company was a pleasure to work with. Helpful from Bid to cleanup and beyond. I will be using them again for future projects. My project was a deck rebuild, I went with composite. Great price, excellent workmanship and fantastic customer service and interaction.
