Introduction: In my classes I focus on the stabilization and strength endurance levels of fitness training using cardio, flexibility, balance and core work. I incorporate dance fundamentals and keep it upbeat so you can have a workout regime that you enjoy. I care a lot about technique and form so even in group classes I give attention to my students when either is lacking. Fitness, dance and nutrition is my passion. Getting people to feel good about themselves and increase energy levels is very important to me. Since my first Pilates class as a student it has always been my go-to workout when I need a confidence boost, or a breath away from the norm. I have always loved dance so brining the two together makes me happy.

I had my first Pilates class with Lyndsie. I was afraid, honestly, to do any type of exercise because I have arthritis throughout my body. Lyndsie taught me not only the correct form but ways to modify the exercises to reduce pain and discomfort. I can honestly say that because of Lyndsie I continued to do Pilates only because of Lyndsie. I still use all the tools and modifications she taught me.

It was my first time taking a Pilates class and I had a great experience. Lyndsie is patient and explains the positions and movements well. It was also 3+ years since I took a fitness class and Pilates is just the right speed for me with cardio, strength training and yoga moves. I definitely recommend her class!

I really enjoy working out with Rhythm pilates! I have RA which is hard to work out. I was surprised how easy it is and effective. The instructer is friendly and energetic.
