Introduction: In my classes I focus on the stabilization and strength endurance levels of fitness training using cardio, flexibility, balance and core work. I incorporate dance fundamentals and keep it upbeat so you can have a workout regime that you enjoy. I care a lot about technique and form so even in group classes I give attention to my students when either is lacking.
Fitness, dance and nutrition is my passion. Getting people to feel good about themselves and increase energy levels is very important to me. Since my first Pilates class as a student it has always been my go-to workout when I need a confidence boost, or a breath away from the norm. I have always loved dance so brining the two together makes me happy.
