Introduction: I work with all types of individuals from young to old, and many fitness junkies, a body builder, and a professional fighter. I mainly perform sports massage to help with quick recovery and to help my clients reach their optimal point. I also work with post operation clients helping them to recover quickly and naturally.
I mostly enjoy helping others to feel better than they have ever felt, making a difference in their day to day life!

Rochelle is excellent at what she does and very knowledgeable. I have to say she is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a lot of them. She is very professional and accommodating. Anytime I get ahold of her for an appointment she gets me right in.

Rochelle is very good at identifying the individual needs of her clients. She does great deep tissue and releases all of the knots and tightened muscles so I can get back to the gym and tear them up again! Thanks Rochelle for taking such phenomenal care of me!
