I train privately which allows me to keep my rates more affordable compared to bigger commercial gyms and you do not have to worry about the complications of those environments. With my SFN (Specialist in Fitness Nutrition certification) I will show you realistic, simple and helpful ways get the proper nutrition you need to make your body function much more efficiently, not only for exercise and weight loss, but for over all better health. No crazy, hard to follow, temporary diets. This is for a better lifestyle without the drastic overhaul that makes the change harder to accomplish and maintain for some. Simple rules to follow, simple ideas that are proven to work and being that not everyone will have the same results at the same speed, I work with you until they do. My SET (Specialist in Exercise Therapy certification) allows me to work with and develop exercise programs for individuals suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, cardiac problems, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cancer wellness, muscular dystrophy, post menopause and more. Regardless of the situation, exercise will help you maintain a healthy mental attitude, a stronger body to keep your independence and maintain a positive outlook. I got my CFT for training because I know how it feels to change your body from something you may not be proud of to something you never thought you could have and be happy with every day and only want more. Not only does this give you better mental well being, the physical gains are tremendous. From becoming stronger, more physically fit, less injuries, and losing body fat (which is really what we want when we say "lose weight") to, above all else, becoming healthier over all. If my CFT was for the physical aspect of becoming a trainer, my SFN was for the nutritional aspect. Now I am not going to ever suggest a fad diet or "diet" anything. This is a lifestyle. Something you need to learn for your everyday living. I am not going to be the kind of trainer to flip your world upside down (unless it's absolutely necessary), but rather show you small changes and tips to make for your life to make your body become more efficient from the inside out. Doing this will help you lost body fat, gain energy, build strength, build your immune system, help regulate hormones, help your digestive system function more efficiently and help supplement the physical work you will be doing. Easy to follow tips and ideas, things you can do everyday, will make any bad habits you may have now slowly change into better, healthier habits. Now my SET for exercise therapy helps me train those who think they can't train or need to wait due to injuries illnesses or other physical ailments that might mentally hold people back, when in reality, it doesn't have to. I have been training with Joe for past one year.my friend originally introduced me to him.joe is wonderful, he is fun,encouraging,reliable and skilled a true to train with.I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not the personal attention given in my training sessions. He know how to motivate and he makes my training session challenging but rewarding. He always mixes up the routine and it never get boring.he introduce me to whole new world of exercises and workouts.he ensure that my technique/form is always correct to avoid any injury. How do I even begin to describe how Joe changed my life? I remember our first session together, and how I was in a fragile, emotional state. I was weak, inside and out. I felt weak, like the world was happening to me, and I had no influence or control over my life. I had always gone to the gym, but without purpose. I have been working with Joe for 4 years. I have since moved away from home, but Joe would always clear a spot in his schedule for me. Also, Joe inspired me with some workout routines I could take with me to hotel gyms, hotel rooms, and even to Hawaii. I am dedicated to my progress and I am now in control. Joe believes in me that I can always give 100 percent in everything I do. I have recently completed a half marathon using Joe's strength and stability recommendations. I have also received two promotions at my job since the day we began working together. Joe was my personal trainer. He came up with new and exciting work outs each time I saw him! He pushed me and believed in me! I felt stronger inward and out during our time. The only reason we stopped was because I moved to hawaii. I would train with him again any time!

Joe is a wonderful trainer, I explained to him that I wanted to focus on my upper body and that's what we did, he made the workouts interesting and diverse so you don't get bored, he's tough but in a good way. Joe has a wealth of knowledge and information on exercise, anatomy and dietary practices which he willingly shares, and all round great guy and great trainer, he's dedicated, loyal and under all this he has a soft gentle soul.
