I'm very blessed that I selected Erik to do my basement project. I knew he was the right person for the job the moment I met him. And he did not disappoint. He was very professional, but also fun to talk to. He's also very patient with changes that I wanted to do along the way, even if it meant taking longer to finish the job. He is very serious about satisfying the customer. He encouraged me not to settle, but to go for what I wanted so there won't be regrets later. In the end, he delivered a beautiful bathroom and kitchen/laundry room that was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again. I have in fact talked to him about future renovations before he left :-)

I came to Thumbtack in hopes of finding a contractor who could finish my bathroom renovations since my previous contractor never finished. ER homes responded to my project and was able to start and finish the job the same exact week as promised. Erik even came the day of a blizzard and worked throughout the day to make sure my bathroom was be completed on time. I was so satisfied with his service that I am already discussing my next project with him.

I cannot say enough great things about the craftsmanship and professionalism of the work performed by ER. The team was responsible for creating my new kitchen, bathroom, and restructuring several damage rooms in my home due to a water pipe break from the 2nd flood. From the initial consultation to the completed project, the team worked quickly, cleaned up after every visit, was courteous and professional, and addressed my concerns immediately. My particular project required a general contractor to coordinate the installation, as well as a plumber, an electrician, a tile installer, and a cabinet installation crew. Erick managed the whole project and I needed a person who I could count on since the damage home was out of stated for me. The finished project exceeded my expectations as well as my new tenants.

Every job is different
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to first find out what the customer wants to have done. Then thoroughly go thru the steps and make sure it can be done and then we talk cost. Once we figure that out we set up the contract and if needed pull permits. Then we proceed with the work in progress phases as well as payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certificates in Lead abatement and Lead removal, We have completed the OSHA course for safety.
