Friendly over the phone. But does not honor appointments. Committed to the job and later doubled the estimate to get out of doing the work. Avoid this business. I started a job in my yard pending pickup of the dirt. It has destroyed my lawn. He can't be trusted.....

it started off you wanted a pile of dirt removed out of your yard I gave you a rough estimate then you later send me pictures and said you wanted a palm tree removed I'm not sure if you know what it takes to remove a palm but that is why the price increased have a nice day you expected all this for $100 and I only increased it by $100, which I thought was very reasonable since you live an hour away from my home.
