I have used Choice Management multiple times when working with my home sellers. Cody is always quick to respond and makes a real effort to work my projects into the schedule quickly which is what makes a difference for a seller eagerly waiting to get on the market. The crew is well versed to handle anything you can throw at them and the finished product gets my houses sold fast!

We would highly recommend Choice Management for any remodeling needs. We interviewed several contractors before starting our project (finishing our basement) and we were feeling discouraged before meeting Cody and his crew.
Cody was a present and professional contractor checking in on the project frequently. We adored his carpenter (Tom), who was simply a great guy with wonderful carpentry skills. When our project started getting behind schedule, Cody showed up at our home on the weekend to personally paint to get the project back on track time-wise.
Cody is open and honest in his communications. He was conscious of our desire to stay on budget and would often present multiple options to stay on course with the budget.
Everyone that visits our home comments on how amazing it looks and cannot believe the transformation over the course of 3 short months! In all honesty, the basement turned out exactly as I hoped and imagined.
Our family simply loves our new basement and we could not speak more highly of Cody, his staff, and Choice Management!

I would highly recommend Choice Management to anyone considering building, renovating, or in need of repairs. Cody was highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the building process and the final product was of highest quality. He is great to work with - very friendly, responsive, and dependable. The finished house is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy customers!
