Amara was a key part of my wedding day! She helped me with everything from picking out decor, suggesting vendors, helping with centerpieces, and helping me to achieve the overall vision I had for my wedding day. Perhaps the most important thing about Amara is that she made sure on the day of the wedding that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She took care of everything so that all I had to worry about was getting ready and enjoying every minute! I definitely recommend hiring Expressed Image to help with a wedding of any size. There is so much that needs to be done for a wedding to go over smoothly, and it's impossible to coordinate and enjoy your wedding at the same time, so let Amara do it for you! It's a decision you definitely will not regret.

Amara and her team we great, she made planning and the day of less stressful. She handled everything for me even taking care of the crazy in laws when I couldn't take it anymore. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows. She made personal signs for my wedding, help set up, made sure I ate and even spent hours cleaning up my venue to make sure I got my deposit back. Even through all the craziness she still treated me like a friend and even joined me on the dance floor at my request! I never was with out anything they made sure I was well taken care of. I would hire her again 100 times, but since I don't plan on getting married again I recommend her to all my friends and anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

I called Amara & Leslie from Expressed Image when I was about 6 weeks out from my wedding and realizing I really needed help. They were able to perfectly tailor a day-of coordination package for what I needed that I could actually afford. They were very professional and calming, and made me able to enjoy the process so much more. If you are thinking of getting help but afraid of increasing your wedding budget, here's my best words of encouragement: No matter what you do, the day will be perfect, because it's your wedding day. But if you hire professionals to help you, you can make all the days leading up to that perfect wedding day so much better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three packages with set pricing that all include wedding design services with in person consultations and are flat rates ,meaning no hidden fees! 1. Partial Planning: assistance with planning where you need it 2. Full Planning: complete planning and full design from start to finish 3. Bespoke Planning: complete planning and full design, including ladies luncheon, rehearsal dinner and more!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to treat our perspective clients out to a coffee, on us, to chat about their love story and how they would like to share it with their friends and family on the wedding day. We, then, discus the backbones of your wedding day, including your budget, venue or vendors you've hired, traditions, and all other important details. After collecting these details, we sip our coffees & giggle, as we work through what package is the right fit for you and your desired wedding planning experience/goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our wedding planners and team go through 1-2 years of hands on training in the field and on wedding days. After they have completed training, they can take on 2-3 weddings per year, in which their senior planner assists them throughout the planning process and is there for both the client and the planner. Our Wedding team is always learning new and creative ways to assist our clients. We are also working on a program to put all of our full time employees through a certification program to ensure they are well rounded in wedding planning knowledge prior to working directly with our clients.
