About this pro
The gentle men made it to our house after having some truck issues. He looked at our project. Quoted a price and we said OK. There were 2 red flags for my husband and I. 1. He asked to be paid cash 2. He never called back or returned calls. We did not give him money as he asked for half upon arrival of to start the job. But we haven't heard from him since he left. We have moved on to someone else. He was very polite but just not very good with follow through!Jul 5, 2018Verified
I have owned rental property for 15+ years and finding a knowledgeable and responsible person to handle repairs has always been a nightmare but now I think my nightmares may be over. I first hired A.R.S. to work on a rental duplex I have in Silsbee and I was very pleased with the work. They replaced all the kitchen cabinets, new flooring in the kitchen hallway and bathroom, new trim, electrical work, A/C repair, and window repair. Currently they are working on two more rental units I own and we are making plans for repairs needed on some others. I would defiantly recommend A.R.S. and look forward to working with them in the future. Quin Stuart Stuart RentalsOct 24, 2016Verified
During this time “Harvey Victims” it was hard to find someone to do remodeling work for non Harvey victims. We found Scott Hart and he actually fit us. He would work late and always kept in contact and that was a key point to meMay 5, 2018Verified

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an Electrical Engineer by trade. That is what I went to school for. Since getting my degree, I have practiced all over the globe. I have been in this type of work since I was young. When I lived in Arkansas, I owned two very successful electronic shops. Since moving back to South East Texas I have broaden my knowledge into general contracting, focusing on the hard to do and sometimes odd jobs, like fix a compressor on a shrimp boat and such. They lady on the team is very knowledgeable in industrial equipment, handles all the paperwork and marketing, can do just about any job we take on, her favorite being painting and tile work. She also refurbishes antiques, and buys and sell vintage finds. You can find her items on the local sites like Offer up and Letgo. Last up is our Certified plumber who can fix the most complex leaks and operate any equipment that is needed. Not to mention he can make lunch time different than most break times, being he is a certified cheif!
