- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a list of what the initial price quote includes. I am happy to answer any questions the client has pertaining to my services. We will work out a time to meet so I can get a better idea of what the client needs are and we can finalize the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have to credit my mom for getting started. She taught me how to treat people and that training in excellent customer service is the basis for my business. After high school I was hired as a professional cleaner for local businesses.
