- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fee schedule based on the scope of the project and service required. We strive to offer a fair price for quality work that will exceed our customers' expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is establishing a clear understanding of the customer's needs with regard to the job and the schedule. We provide a detailed cost estimate before work begins. When we are on the job site, we make note of any and all concerns that we feel will be important to the maintenance of our customers' property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 20 years combined hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction and maintenance.
