Depending on the individuals endurance, mobility and prior injury's the starting point will vary from individual to individual.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was young learning from local coaches in the area. They helped teach me he fundamentals and how to adjust when needed for hurtles that come up randomly. I have built my knowledge reading and learning from those stronger and knowledgeable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of individuals from bodybuilding to pure weight loss. I have helped clients with strength goals, bodybuilding aesthetic goals, weight loss goals, nutrition goals, and generally movement goals.
