Travis and Dwayne were fantastic. They used all natural cleaners and got all the dirt/pet stains out of the carpet of the condo I had recently purchased. Prior to my appointment, they had quick and timely responses. During the cleaning, they even allowed me to see the differences in clean vs. dirty. I'm very sorry we can't always know when our equipment will act up our apologies. We went out and fixed it and got it running again. I am sorry I didn't call you, but I wanted to make sure I did your job and make it look great, and not just leave half done. I'm glad that I was able to get it fixed , clean your home and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Next time if you hire 10 percent off.
He came over to start the windows and did less than half of them stating he would return at the end of the week. He also asked to be paid for more than half of the project that day. He didn't show up to finish so I called and he stated his machine had broken down and it would be 4- 6 weeks before he could finish. He said he would come back and finish what he could until that time....he never did... I sent many, many messages and called him about finishing the job and he never responded or finished. I know we wrote back and forth but then I was waiting for you to get back to me with a time. And just to clarify I only charged you for the work that was finished that you agreed upon. How ever I do apologize for the number change and not getting back to you with a new number, that was not my intention. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on size typically I do one room 79.00 one bedroom hall 89.00 two bedroom three room 109.00 then it can go up from there. That is for a standard size room. With my commercial or tile cleaning , and window I usually like to come look to give a estimate. With bigger jobs I always give 20 percent discount then as a continue customer 10 percent any work moving forward.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?8 years at Stanley steemer certification in cleaning and plan to get a few more license to expand my business. Will be getting water restoration certified and wood cleaning next this spring.
