- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to wait for pricing util i meet with the customer and get a layout of goals and timeframe for their desired needs. Makes the process less stressful and less about money and more about making sure everyone is happy with the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Baby steps. Communication. Balance. These 3 components have left me very successful with new clients and I stand firm to them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swimming, I was a Marine Corps Swim Instructor for 3 years. My training can vary from basic fundamental skills for all ages all the way to advanced training regiments. Soccer, Playing my entire life. Youth, High School, and at the College level. Followed by 3 years of High School Coaching. Id like to make my knowledge and my understanding of the game available to the individual (or small groups) as the sport can be technical before even kicking the ball around with a teammate. Basketball. Similar to soccer. I have been around it my entire life. With exception to playing at the College Level, my years coaching has highlighted my desire to teach at another level.
