Introduction: Jobs done at a reasonable price. Don’t get over charged by large companies with big overhead trying to sale you on warranties.
Just know labor is never included with these warranties and most parts fail after the warranty anyway. Most labor warranties are 30 days labor(industry standard).
Lifetime warranties are probably the biggest lie in the industry. So I would suggest staying away from anyone trying to sale you on this.
All springs are manufactured with the manufacturers year stamped into the steel. So you can make sure the technician is putting on a new spring and not a used one.
If issue can not be quoted over the phone I charge a $20 trip fee to diagnose/quote problem. Trip fee then waived with service.
